Hi, I'm A.P. -- yes, similar to a few standout authors of the 20th century. And similar to one of my siblings, who goes by "G.P."

I spend a lot of time thinking about how institutions are designed, how identity is formed, and how trust is built. Many universities have passionate alumni who can't articulate why engagement matters. Many companies have customer relationships they don't know how to deepen. The challenges often lie in their inability to see or systematize.

That's where I come in. I help organizations move beyond the feel good to build intentional systems. I've done so across education, nonprofits, and tech.

Frustration is my bat signal. I investigate it, to uncover challenges caused by a lack of clarity or authority. Then, I help to chart a path forward through structure.

Beyond the work: 
→ I find inspiration in Millennial and Gen Z women founders with meandering portfolio careers. I've worked across several domains and it's great to see that normalized.
→ I'm also always focused on reading more fiction than nonfiction, or planning my next trip.
